Members of “The Politically Correct Show” interviewed the Human Resources expert, Guillermo Ceballoswho gave tips to create a successful Curriculum Vitae and brought to the table the discussion of recent years in the marketing industry: the importance of TikTok for companies and their recruiters.
Sending a good CV is essential in the process of selecting and applying for a vacancy, especially if you compete in a precarious and saturated labor field like Mexico. And it is that in 2022 our country started the year with 2.1 million unemployed people.

Therefore, standing out among thousands and knowing how to “sell yourself” for the most promising job offers is the key, but it all starts with sending a file and an open mind to new market trends and current society.
TikTok and Human Resources do go hand in hand
