January of fruits, because millions of delicious and fresh preparations can be made with them. The invitation is to cook entertaining recipes, but above all easy to make, so as not to lose a second of the moment in which we will enjoy them outdoors, from the terrace or balcony. This Bowl of Açai is a frozen preparation originating from the beaches of Brazil, and shared from Cassis (@cassiscafe), a summer classic. The grace is that the açai fruit can come in powder, pulp, puree or ice cream, and it is always recommended to accompany it with granola or nuts. A must-see that makes the richest fruits of the season shine.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr of banana
- 50 g blueberries, frozen – ½ cup–
- 10 gr of açai powder
- 40 gr of granola
- 20g strawberries, rolled
- 20 gr of fresh blueberries
- 40 gr of mango, cut into cubes
- 10 g coconut, rolled
- 4 g mint
Preparation :
- In a juicer add the banana, the frozen blueberries and the Açai powder. Liquefy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add, in a linear fashion, the granola, strawberries, fresh blueberries, mango and
coconut. - Garnish with the mint leaves.
