In a new blog post, 343 Industries has shared new details for Halo Infinite’s second technical test, including Big Team Battle mode, Academy training mode, and progression systems. In the post, it is confirmed that Halo Infinite’s second beta test will be split over two weekends. The first weekend will focus on 4v4 arena PvP, while the second weekend will focus on 12v12 team Big Team Battle PvP.
The first part of the test will take place from Thursday, September 23 to Sunday, September 26, while the second test will be from Thursday, September 30 to Sunday, October 3. Players they will not be able to play the Thursday before each test weekend, but they will be able to download and install trial versions of Halo Infinite.

In this the second technical test of Halo Infinite, the matchmaking servers will only be available between 7 pm and 11 pm and between 2 am and 6 am Spanish time. While this means there will be less time to play compared to the previous Halo Infinite beta schedule, 343 Industries has said this is because the primary goal of this test is to ensure that online services are ready for launch.
