According to the official Walmart statement, Walmart employees will have access to more than 30 state-of-the-art Kindbody fertility clinics across the U.S., including a new IVF clinic and lab in Rogers, Arkansas, providing comprehensive virtual, in-home and on-site care. the clinic. Walmart’s partnership with Kindbody also seeks to help eligible employees access Walmart’s surrogacy and adoption benefits. These Walmart benefits include financial support of up to $20,000, lifetime maximum, for eligible surrogacy and adoption expenses.
Walmart’s benefits will continue to include enhanced maternity and paternity leave for its employees where birth mothers will receive up to 16 weeks of paid time off, while new parents, including adoptive parents, will receive six weeks of paid parental leave to bond with their new son.
