If you are one of those who constantly lie at work to be absent, late or leave early, then you need to know this story. An employee decided to take his own vacation (even if that meant not attending his work) without imagining that he would meet his boss on the way.
The video of this story has begun to circulate through social networks, where it is supposedly seen how he and his boss are on the same flight. What would you do in this situation?
Well, it seems that the employee had no choice but to portray the moment, where his boss “catch” him and even seems to take it in a comical way. What is not known is whether there was retaliation or any action for missing work and going on vacation.
Users of TikTok point out that if this video belongs to a Mexican worker, he should not be punished, since our country is among those that provide fewer vacations to its workers. In fact, a reform is currently being discussed to expand them.

In Mexico, only six days of vacation per year are contemplatedso it is estimated that on average an employee works about 2,255 hours in this period, something excessive for the few days of rest that are granted.
In this context, the Morena bench proposed that vacation days be extended to 12 and the working day be reduced to six hours a day in Mexico, reforming articles 61, 76 and 78 of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
At the moment, the reform must still go through the Second Legislative Studies Commission and ruled by this group, it will be sent to the board of the Senate so that its vote in the Legislative Plenary is scheduled.
When the Plenary endorses the opinion, it will be sent to the Chamber of Deputies, who, if approved, will send it to the Executive and with the prior opinion of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation will be ordered to enter into vigor.
