A few weeks ago when the boys from Cupertino had their Apple Event to present their new products all the reflectors were stolen by the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max with its Dynamic Island. But there was one device that deserved all the real attention from that conference: the Apple Watch Ultra.
For quite some time, the company has lived with the urgency of giving a serious update to the hardware and software of its line of smart watches.
After months of intense rumours, some more intriguing than others, the company finally ended up showing the next evolution in every aspect of this wearable. Where the Ultra model was presumed virtually indestructible.

Frankly, now seen from a distance, the Apple Watch Ultra is the flagship product that was shown at that event. Since it has innovated in all aspects to set new trends in its sector.
While the iPhone 14 Pro finally, objectively, ended up paying improvements that it owed its user and consumer base for many years.
In a situation where Android has been setting the pace and trend in terms of hardware for years, with Apple emulating and polishing software details, such as the robust widget that is the dynamic island, or the improvement through artificial intelligence of the captured photographs.
While on the other hand, the Apple Watch Ultra improved many aspects, integrated a new button and strengthened its body to become the obligatory reference among users devoted to extreme sports.
It is under this context and scenario that the YouTube channel techraxwith over 7.6 million subscribers, just uploaded a video of a brutal stress test.
Where basically, for 4 and a half minutes, we can see how the youtuber responsible for the channel does a quick unboxing of an Apple Watch Ultra to immediately slaughter it with a hammer:
As we can see, the face of the smart watch looks practically indestructible, resisting the blows of the hammer during most of the video.
It is until the end that we see the crystal give way and splinter, but the general body of the watch remained intact, although the ground on which the test was done ended up fractured.
We cannot say the same about the watch’s sensors, which did prove to be quite fragile, as they practically broke on first impact.
