Dry wash the lentils in a colander, place them in a container where they can grow and cover well with water. Allow to hydrate for one or two hours. After the time, drain that water well and preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat up and down.

Arrange the lentils in a robot, blender or food processor and blend with the 120 ml of new water, the oil, the salt and the spices as desired (pepper, cumin, turmeric, curry, paprika…), until obtaining a very moist homogeneous mass, almost like pancakes.

Line with non-stick paper square mold about 18-20 cm, or round; Serves any, it will simply change the shape of the portions and the thickness that we will obtain in the bread. Grease very lightly with an oil spray or brush and pour the dough, spreading it well.

Bake for a few 20-25 minutes, until it has browned on the outside and when you prick the center with a toothpick it comes out clean. Wait a few minutes out of the oven before carefully unmolding and letting cool completely on a wire rack.
