They denounce DiDi again for allegedly refusing to invoice.
DiDi is one of the leading transportation companies, with competition from UBER and Beat.
Users on twitter again denounce the Chinese company DiDi, as they claim that it does not allow them to bill for almost any trip. The complaint also mentions the account of the Tax Administration System (SAT) and PROFECO.
The account of this public body responded to the complaint with a tweet that provided advice with the intention that the user who showed her dissatisfaction with the transport chain could make the corresponding complaint.
The comments attached to said complaint also showed their indignation, pointing out that they have already experienced this situation on other occasions.

A comment from @NieveMandarina noted the following: ‘Complaint in the SAT. Same thing happened to me a year ago but I thought it was just my p$%& and didn’t do anything. If it is already a constant practice, then I imagine that it is more of a tax fraud’.
While another of the accounts, @KapalielaFilm, you mentioned that this is recurring in the app: ‘They never let you check in, the same thing always happens to me. They leave you 1 of 10 almost almost’.
Users upset with the application:
Previously, some users have expressed their discontent through a complaint on social networks with the Chinese company. I feel one of the recurring complaints is the excessive charge for their services, whether it is the app to order food, or the transportation service app.
However, something that is hardly talked about is precisely the invoice, since the complaint dates back to the beginning of the application, although this problem remains unsolved, as indicated by these users.
Importance of billing:
Although it could be commented that of all the problems that have been found present in the application, billing would be one of the least mentioned, however, requesting invoices for all transactions is of vital importance when paying for a service. .
All taxpayers are required to issue invoices, according to article 29 of the Federal Tax Code. With this, any natural person can demonstrate their expenses and income as the case may be, so it is not a small thing that a company refuses to invoice for a service, in this sense, it is always recommended to file a complaint when you do not your invoice is provided.
