President Andrés Manuel López Obrador reported that before his arrest, Pedro Castillo, the ousted president of Peru, called him by phone to request asylum at the Mexican embassy, a request that he accepted, although it no longer materialized.

At first, the Secretary of Foreign Relations, Marcelo Ebrard, denied that Pedro Castillo had requested asylum in Mexico, although he clarified that, in accordance with the asylum policy, if the ousted president of Peru requested refuge, he would give it to him as in his moment he did it with the former president of Bolivia Evo Morales.

Ticketmaster and the ‘cloning’ of digital tickets

Through social networks, users have denounced that some of their tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for different events were cloned. Attendees found out when they wanted to enter the event for which they purchased tickets, but the code was invalid as it had supposedly already been scanned.

A Ticketmaster employee interviewed by Expansión on condition of anonymity explained that the company has detected that “ticket cloning” occurs because the cardholder buys them in advance and resells them more than once, because they are shared several times by mail. electronically, or because they are printed in public internet cafes.
