Currently Uber It is one of the platforms that provide the most important private transport services in Mexico and the world. According to a graph of Statista Regarding the number of trips that Uber offered around the world, during 2017 there were approximately 2.96 billion users who used its services, having a constant increase that led it to transport 6.904 million users in 2019; However, the pandemic significantly affected the private transport companies, since during 2020 these figures fell to 5,022 million, numbers that are gradually returning to normal thanks to the vaccination process and the arrival of the “new normal”.
Uber has achieved its preference before the consumer over other platforms such as Cabify, Didi, Lyft, Bolt, among others, thanks to the travel experience that provided its customers with a quality service and a better car compared to the taxis that are more commonly seen circulating on the streets.
Despite this, the high number of drivers in these applications has had the consequence that on some occasions the consumers of these services constantly complain about some inconsistencies that affect their travel experience, such as the user who reported poor service for disabled people, or those who report that if you don’t pay in cash, there is no trip.
Similarly, there are also occasions where the consumers of these transport platforms applaud their service for good experiences, like the one we will show you below.

This publication has achieved that in less than 24 hours the amount of 163 likes has been reached, some retweets and a comment where another user responds “What a beauty”, so a good percentage of users approve of said action by the driver of Uber taking your dog “to work”, even though it may not have been done with the intention of enhancing the consumer experience.
Although the user found this experience to be an improvement in their service, it managed to awaken their emotion and make their trip more enjoyable, the passenger’s perception could have been completely different if it were a person whom they did not. He likes dogs or even an allergic person who had gotten into the car, where instead of receiving good reviews, we would possibly be witnessing a new complaint on social networks, which would damage the image of the brand. Fortunately for the driver and his image, this was not the case.
Some drivers of these platforms are carrying out small actions that manage to attract attention and receive positive reviews from users, which show improvement in their travel experience, achieving good marks towards their service and probably good tips.
An example of this we have with the Didi’s driver who gave his first meal of the day to the passenger, causing this other network users to applaud their service before this action that improved their trip (and their day).
