All fans of the esports scene are excited after the Ubeat Live Mexico Zero Edition, organized by Grup MEDIAPRO and ASDEPORTE, which took place over the weekend at Campo Marte in Mexico City, closed with 2,700 attendees, where the esports, freestyle, gaming communities, as well as content creators, teams, brands and media met.
Something that seems quite striking to us is that the main stage of this event began with the viewing party of the Latin American League (LLA), the highest League of Legends competition on the continent sponsored by Santander, which allowed the transmission of the playoffs between the two teams that came out of the #DDH, Estral Esports and Team Aze, where the Egyptian Gods were victorious.

At approximately 6:00 pm in the evening the main stage lit up when two of the best freestylers in history were on the same stage. Aczino and Chuty were the leaders of the Open Free, for an exhibition together with Marithea and Lobo Estepario on behalf of the two-time Mexican champion and Invert and RC on the side of the Spanish MC.
All started by the participation of Kodigo, the king of double tempo, who gave a showcase to open Team Aczino vs. Team Chuty. To celebrate that two freestyle greats were at Ubeat Live Mexico, Pilopida, an urban artist recognized in Mexico, painted a commemorative Wall Art of the event with “Aczino” and “Chuty” as protagonists.
Likewise, the dynamic to win the Mazda 2 Carbon Edition was coordinated by Invert, which was a treat for the spectators and the contestants, in which the best video game player and most creative freestyle improviser took this great prize.
Finally, the Grand Final of the Telcel Honor Division, the Mexican LoL league, was held, where The Kings took the crown again to proclaim themselves two-time champion of the #DDHLOL 2022, a show that also reached more than 15,500 unique viewers in the LVP Mexico channels.
Video game tournaments, content creators, cosplayers and dynamics. It was all part of the Ubeat Live Mexico Edition Zero. All attendees were able to enjoy FIFA and League of Legends arenas, as well as challenge leading influencers in Fortnite and League of Legends to win great prizes.
With a view to 2023 and after the Zero festivals in Spain and Mexico, Grupo Mediapro is preparing for the following editions of Ubeat Live, an event designed as a franchise that seeks to be held annually.
