It’s been a couple of weeks since the premiere of Spider-Man: No Way Home in movie theaters so we can already talk to spoilers, because the end of the film opens many possibilities for Tom holland in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. One of these possibilities is to see him with the suit of Spider-Man and the Venom symbiote; thanks to Thomas Ducrest we know what it would look like.
Thomas ducrest is a concept artist who has worked on Marvel Studios movies, so this is not just any fanart. Ducrest worked on Spider-Man: No Way Home, although his concept art for Tom Holland with Venom symbiote It was not made for this movie, but as a personal project.

Besides having been the Concept artist for Spider-Man: No Way Home, Thomas Ducrest has also worked on other Marvel Studios productions for the Marvel Cinematic Universe such as Avengers: Endgame and Ant-Man 3, in addition to Ghostbusters Afterlife and other projects.

The ending of Spider-Man: No Way Home showed Eddie Brock returning to his universe but leaving behind a piece of the symbiote from Venom, which is why we hope to see the black suit in upcoming movies of Spider-Man with Tom Holland. Although Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures could take another route than that shown by Thomas Ducrest, their work is a good reference to how it could be seen.
