Figures from AMIPCI and OCCMundial have recently revealed what the level of productivity is with working from home, establishing the level of productivity during this period as very high for 37 percent of those surveyed, followed by 35 percent who considered that it was high, 18 percent by people who rated it as average and 5 percent who rated it as low.
The other side of remote work
Although remote work in health contingency has achieved important figures in talent management, we cannot lose sight of the details behind these efforts, which are various.
According to a Deloitte study, the firm has established three main challenges that employees have faced during this contingency and the first of them is that they have been distracted by other people with whom they share a home.
