Sleeping properly every night is essential to protect the health of the body. Therefore, if you are one of those you wake up between three and four in the morning every day, we show you the reasons behind and some tips to get back to sleep easily.

You’ve already slept for a few hours and it’s hard for you to get back to sleep

If it often happens to you that after having slept for a few hours you wake up at dawn and it is difficult to fall asleep again, We recommend the following behaviors:

  • Avoid looking at the clock to prevent further anxiety that prevents sleep.
  • Try not to get out of bed and if this is impossible for you, then just take a short walk and return to rest.
  • Avoid the use of any electronic device since the light they emit can hinder falling asleep.
  • Apply relaxation techniques for example, start diaphragmatic breathing or use meditation to be able to go back to sleep.
  • Change the room if it were impossible to go back to sleep in the place where we began the rest.
  • Do some monotonous activity to distract ourselves, relax and thus be able to return to sleep.
