In times of inflation, good prices are a great advertising claim, as are the flat consumption rates. Well then, Madrid has added a supermarket to its offer where almost everything costs only two euros.
This is the Dutch brand Action, which has chosen Alcalá de Henares to expand its expansion through Spain. Although it has just arrived in the capital, it already has other establishments in our country.
Specifically, it is found in the catalan cities from Terrassa, Sabadell, Vilafranca del Penedès, L’Hospitalet, Tarragona, Girona and Figueres. Also in Sagunto, Vila-real and San Vicente del Raspeig in Valencia, as well as in Alcantarilla in Murcia.
Together it has more than 2,300 stores in 11 countries that employs 80,000 people. These countries include the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Spain and Slovakia.
In its new store in Madrid there are products in 14 different categories, including options for cleaning the home and specifically the kitchen, crockery, pots, pans and crafts.
The company guarantees a minimum of 1,500 products at less than one euro. Besides, two thirds of the assortment is constantly changing and every week incorporates about 150 products.
