Cauce Boscoso never looked so spectacular.
Skyrim, like all Bethesda games, has had in these more than ten years since its launch with countless mods that completely change the operation and aesthetics of the game to unsuspected limits. It has a lot of graphic mods that improve textures, lighting and all kinds of details, but a user has decided to go one step further and recreate Skyrim in Unreal Engine 5. The result is the most incredible, and exponentially increases our desire for The Elder Scrolls VI to come out.
Christian Gomm, a freelance environment designer, decided to recreate Skyrim in Unreal Engine 5 and the result is an incredible walk through Cauce Boscoso as we have never seen it before. Without being rendered in 4K due to hardware limitations, this demo is a clear example of what the two key technologies of the Epic Games engine can achieve.
On the one hand, the geometry of the stage It is really outstanding in all the elements, especially the vegetation and the structures, since it has a realistic volume and high quality finishes. While, the lighting it behaves in a very natural way and adds great value to the whole, just like that river of totally crystal clear water in which you want to take a dip.
If one day there was a remake of Skyrim, something Bethesda doesn’t seem too fond of, we just ask that it be at least this quality and level of detail. It would be a hit to go through Cauce Boscoso and the rest of the game’s locations with this renewed visual section, although it also has to accompany it technically, of course.
