Every fan of chocolate is also a fan of brownies. The cake, typical of American cuisine, is also one of the cakes that can be made more easily. without glutensince it has a relatively low amount of cereals, easily replaceable.
We already published in DAP a wonderful gluten-free brownie, classic style, but the version that we propose today it’s faster to do and the result is a juicier cake, halfway between a brownie and a chocolate coulant.
The recipe, as you will see, there is no mystery We only have to melt 120 g of butter in the microwave and mix it with 75 g of brown sugar and 75 of white sugar. Once we have our sweet base, we add two eggs and a bit of vanilla essence, beating until we obtain an airy mixture. Subsequently, we add 30 g of gluten-free flour, 50 g of cocoa powder and a pinch of salt, stirring gently.
For the final touch, we add dark chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper. After baking for about 20-30 minutes at 170ºC, let rest before attacking.
This brownie is a sin from a nutritional point of view, but it is also a very intense sweet, which we will fully enjoy in few amounts. Better to enjoy it in several days.
To accompany the cake, nothing better than a cup of fresh coffee or a glass of cold milk. Both are the perfect complement to enhance the flavors of this gluten-free brownie.
