The tiktoker who identifies himself on the digital platform with the user @adrianvilla58 shared a recording where you can see all the protocol that the brand carries out when a customer wants to go to their stores to see the cars they are selling.
In the video, the Internet user shares that Kavak gave him a device that works like a GPS to know where he is while he is in his facilities looking at the cars. Likewise, the subject shares that he can travel wherever he wants and see the cars they have in their warehouse.
During his tour, he also shared that each of the cars is on display with their documents and keys so that people interested in buying one can see it well.
“It’s very interesting to come see the cars here,” says the man in part of his recording.

Although the publication seems interesting since it shows the operation inside one of the most commented Mexican unicorns in recent months, it generated some comments from the digital pulse who advised the Internet user not to buy cars there, due to the recent complaints that are registered digitally against the brand where they are described as scammers for selling cars in poor condition.

This type of content can be well received by the brand and especially by people, since sharing how a company operates is a great incentive for its users to remain customers or even to attract new ones.
Let us remember that Kavak has currently been in the eye of the hurricane and not because of his affiliation with the Mexican National Soccer Team, but because of the large number of complaints against him on social networks, where many have already filed them with the Federal Consumer Protection Office (Profeco).
