For this reason, the importance of personnel selection must be reflected from the preparation and dissemination of their vacancies, since many are carried out in an improvised manner and without any type of strategy that supports good Human Resources practices, necessary to employ professionals. and obliged to comply with the Federal Labor Law (LFT).

The debate has generated all kinds of criticism and humorous associations.
It is a company called Ariles Taller that is looking for an Industrial Designer and, although the pay is within the national average, the “preparation of manufacturing drawings” is not the only skill that the applicant must demonstrate… among his requirements users have marked the “sense of urgency”.

As expected, users have highlighted this requirement as an abusive way of naming the “labor exploitation” that awaits the selected person, predicting the “sense of urgency” such as calls outside working hours, overtime without pay, workload greater or non-working days with work.
