One of the clearest indicators of the delay in Battlefield 2042 was that in mid-September there was still no specific date for the beta phase of the game that, in theory, arrived this month. Finally, the game has delayed its launch for a few weeks and that is what the beta would also do, which now points to the first weeks of October, according to a well-known insider,
Tom Henderson, a well-known Call of Duty and Battlefield insider who also pointed to the delay of the game, shared through his personal Twitter account the new beta phase dates Battlefield 2042. According to Henderson, the beta will begin on October 6 with early access, while on the 8th the open beta will begin for all players. In this way, it is delayed a few days from its initial September plans, but makes up for with only two days of exclusivity for early access.
These dates are yet to be sent to media / creators and are expected to be sent in the next couple of days.

In any case, Henderson comments that these dates are still being announced to content creators and media, so they have not yet been made official. “The dates found are in an internal system that I cannot share,” says the insider. “So it’s another ‘trust me bro’ for now.”
