Given the situation, 90 percent of leaders in Mexico feel capable of leading their organizations under the hybrid modality and are taking the challenge optimistically, reveals a LinkedIn survey.
Employees with new demands

Pressure on Mexican leaders
According to LinkedIn, 75 percent of Mexican leaders began to feel pressure to adapt workplace policies and offer greater flexibility to workers in the aftermath of the pandemic.

To conclude, organizations will have to adapt to the work model or rethink the traditional one in a way that suits them best to continue with an efficient and effective operation, and in this process, employees and their demands are the center of the decision.
