The La Tagliatella restaurant chain has renewed a large part of its menu this month to surprise most faithful diners of their Italian specialties and make them find many novelties in their menu.
The Spanish company has introduced up to eight new referenceswith novelties in all its areas, between pizzas and pasta, but also starters or antipasti and some surprise dessert.
Specifically, most of his new proposal are pizzas, the real specialty of the house and the one that really attracts most of its clientele.
Among these novelties is the Bella Puglia pizza, in reference to the region of southern Italy. This includes tomato, mozzarella, provolone, spalmaforte (Italian sobrasada), yellow tomato confit, honey and walnuts.
The company has also introduced the Pizza Soleggiata, something like sunny pizza. This one has tomato, mozzarella, stracciatella, speck, yellow tomato confittomato jam and arugula.
Also, the Pizza di Fiore with a mozzarella base, smoked Scamorza cheese, mushrooms, red and yellow tomato confit. A proposal for who do not want tomato in the foundation.
Another renewal is Pizza Scamorza e Pistacchio (in honor of the name of the protagonist cheese), a new thin-bottom pizza without tomato, but with mozzarella, smoked Scamorza cheese, pistachio and confitura di pomodoro.
Pasta and starters
In the selection of pasta, the Marubini Zucca e Zola stand out. It is a new stuffed pasta (dried tomato, ricotta and Mortadella di Bologna) with Zucca e Zola sauce, a pumpkin cream and Gorgonzola DOP. This sauce is served with dried tomato oil and basil oil.
As a starter, La Tagliatella now proposes a assortment of cheeses which he has named Fondente Lombardia, also referring to this Italian region. It consists of a gourmet selection of cheeses made from mozzarella, Gorgonzola DOP, Taleggio DOP, Grana Padano DOP and provolone. Besides, the dish has apple, walnuts, Genovese focaccia and confettura di pomodoro.
Another surprise is the Cremoso di Formaggio Fondente, also for its melted cheese. It is an Italian cheese-based dish that is served accompanied by strawberry jam and ground pistachio, ideal to share as a starter with a little bread.

Lastly, the Italian food chain has incorporated a dessert: Panna Cotta al Caramello, a cream with a caramel base to sweeten the whole.
