11 games are leaving the service and releases for the first half of the month are not yet known.
In the absence of confirming the first wave of games that will be available this month, Xbox Game Pass has already revealed the list of Games leaving the service in mid-September. A fairly long list of games for what Microsoft’s subscription service has accustomed us to, and with the most popular names.
Specifically, it is about 11 games those who will leave Xbox Game Pass as of September 15. A list of games with proposals of all kinds, from indies to AAA, such as The Artful Escape or Aragami 2 to Final Fantasy XIII or A Plague Tale: Innocence. The latter is perhaps the most important loss of this month now that the launch of its sequel, A Plague Tale: Requiem, is approaching, which will arrive in mid-October also on Xbox Game Pass.
The full list of games that are already listed in the Xbox Game Pass application for PC and mobile, and that will leave Xbox Game Pass in mid-September, is as follows (via GameRant):
- A Plague Tale: Innocence
- Aragami 2
- Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling
- craftopia
- final fantasy xiii
- Flynn: Son of Crimson
- I Am Fish
- Lost Words: Beyond The Page
- Mighty Goose
- SkateBIRD
- The Artful Escape
The good news is that still more than a week left to continue enjoying all these proposals before they leave the Microsoft subscription service. Most of them are indie games of short duration, so there shouldn’t be much problem in enjoying them if you haven’t had the chance yet and want to take advantage of these remaining days before they leave the service.
Upcoming Xbox Game Pass releases
This September Xbox Game Pass is a little late compared to what we are used to and has not yet shared the list of games that will arrive in the first fortnight of the month. The announcement is expected to take place in a matter of hours or days, so sooner rather than later we will know the first games that join the service in September. Month that will finally feature the final version of Grounded, from Obsidian Entertainment, after two years in early access. Among other releases that will be announced soon.
