Squat with dumbbell
- Stand with your feet spread just beyond your shoulders, grab the dumbbell with both hands (as in the illustration). And get ready to take off, keep the natural arch of your back (without stooping) push your hips back and lower your whole body as far as you can. Restart training
Kettlebell swing
- Let the weight lengthen your arms. Bend your knees, spread your legs slightly to have your arms between them (as you see in the illustration). Push your hips up as you squeeze your glutes and pull your shoulders up. The same gravity will help you go down.
Squat with push and jump
- stand with your feet spread just beyond your shoulders. Squat and lower your arms to support you (as in the illustration). Push your legs back and immediately return to the first position.

- Put your feet together, arms at your sides. Simultaneously raise your arms and open your legs. Without pausing make the move.
