TT Games Just released a new trailer for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga that gives us a very deep look at its content and gameplay, as well as confirming its release date for the April 5, 2022. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga features the story of all 9 main Star Wars movies and is coming to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Adapts All Nine Entire Movies to offer the best package that a fan of both licenses can find. It seems that the long development time that the game has had served to deliver the package with the most content that a LEGO game has had to date. Of course, the game is not an exact adaptation of the movies, as it injects them with a dose of humor by slightly changing the dialogue in some scenes, as is customary in LEGO games. See below the gameplay trailer from LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga:

The combat has been expanded and in the gameplay trailer we were able to see some of the combos and counters that we can make, in addition to the characters that we use that range from Jedi to villains and members of the resistance. Depending on the character and the moment in history you play, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga can feel like a shooter or a game of the hack n’ slash genre, not to mention the aerial missions where you become the pilot of a spaceship .
When you use a Jedi you can not only use your lightsaber, but you will also have skills that use force, such as telekinesis to lift objects, attack enemies, or influence the thinking of others. As you progress through the campaigns of the games, you will unlock new planets to visit, among which are Tatooine, Kamino, Jakku, Coruscant, Dagobah, Mustafar, Hoth, Endor, and even Exegol, although it seems that the latter would be the last to be unlocked.

Almost all the levels offer different routes to complete them by playing in a different way, either by shooting everything that crosses your path or stealthily. Generally to get to a planet you have to complete a flight section using one of the the most iconic ships of Star Wars, but once in the location it is possible to continue with the main story or explore the place freely. In this way, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga allows us to visit the most emblematic places of the nine main films, such as the deserts of Tatooine or the snows of Hoth. Also, the planets are full of side quests and collectibles.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga features over 300 characters to unlock, including heroes and villains from all corners of the galaxy, familiar and unknown. What’s more, DLC content leaked of the game, included in the deluxe version, consisting of seven character packs based on: The Mandalorian Season 1, The Mandalorian Season 2, The Bad Batch, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Classic Characters, Solo: A Star Wars Story and a pack of Troopers.
