We are close to being able to enjoy the movie Black Adam from DC, a film expected by all fans of comics, and new fans since the movie Shazam!, Now that the feature film promises to be a box office success and will hit theaters later this fall.
Of this film it has been mentioned that his arrival will change the hierarchy of power in the live-action DC universe, with its main character being played by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnsonwhich is expected to be unbelievably amazing, even comparable to Superman’s strength, and that is exactly why there has been a lot of speculation and rumors about whether or not Superman will appear in it.
Especially, we’re talking about Superman’s earlier introduction of henry cavillas he could eventually share the screen with Black Adam, and it seems that Johnson is addressing that possibility head-on, as he commented yesterday, Johnson mentioned on Twitter when responding to a fan who suggested the idea of Cavill’s Superman doing a cameo in the film and assured that “I listen to you and I always have you”.
So, as we get closer to the debut of Black Adam in October, while the next installments on Superman on the big screen are still up in the air, so we’ll just have to wait and see exactly what that entails:
“From the day I was wrestling in flea markets for $40 dollars a match, until now”says Johnson’s tweet. “I have learned to always listen to the audience because they will always take you where you need to go. I hear you and I always have you.”
“The version of him on the big screen is very faithful to the comics”producer Hiram Garcia told reporters during a recent press event. “He’s very, very powerful. I mean, no matter what class level you want to put him on, but it’s like… what did you say, plus an easy 100 tons. You know what I’m saying? He sure has Superman powers, with a magical aspect. Super speed, electricity, extremely invulnerable, everything. He has the full gamut, like you’d see in the comics, and he’s a presence that, when it comes to the DC universe, grabs everyone’s attention.”
