Talking about health will never cease to be a trending topic, which is why we must worry so much about taking care of it. This is something we often hear and most commonly it comes from mothers and fathers who are interested in taking care of their children and loved ones. The two previous years have proven that health in the homes of Mexicans has gained relevance in 2022.
It is a fact that health encompasses different aspects, and within a healthy home these are the most relevant:
- Feeding.
- Hygiene.
- Security.
- Responsible behaviors.
- Values of social coexistence.
- And, without a doubt, physical, mental and spiritual health.
So far this year, food is the priority at home and talking about this issue is also highlighting health, since food at home has a significant influence on food options within homes in our country.
According to Nielsen IQ data, health gained relevance in the home over education/leisure and clothing/shoes.
Regarding hygiene, COVID-19 made us more aware of everything that we can avoid thanks to well-cared hygiene. The most important thing is to continue with this promotion and prevention, since it has become an important focus to attend to and that should not be missed.
On the other hand, in everything that has to do with values, behaviors and mental health and
spiritual, the influence of our family environment lies in everything that they promote for the
individual growth of each of its members.
We Mexicans are clear that the family is the main area for our constant development and improvement, so it is essential to continue with initiatives that promote the relevance of joint care.
Finally, stressing that health is so relevant, that it even lies in the development of families, in their harmony and well-being, and this only confirms the responsibility with which we must take care of health communication.
