In August last year, together with the OPPO A53, the Chinese company officially presented the OPPO A53s, a mid-range 4G model that has garnered good sales for the brand and that, within a few months, welcomed its 5G variant. Now, OPPO already has its successor ready and everything indicates that it will be a more modest version of the OPPO A54 5G that we met in April.
A well known leaker posted on Twitter pictures of the future OPPO A54s on Amazon Italy, in which you can see both its design and its price and its benefits more important. Among them, the triple rear camera with a 50 megapixel main sensor stands out.
A 4G and more modest version of the OPPO A54
The OPPO A54s has briefly appeared on Amazon Italy with all its specifications, images, price, and release date. As indicated on the website, this new OPPO model will have a price of 229.99 euros, will be available for purchase from November 13 and will be sold in two colors: Crystal Black (black) and Pearl blue (blue).
With a thickness of 8.4 mm, a weight of 190 g and IPX4 resistance to splashes, the OPPO A54s would include a 6.52 inch IPS LCD screen with HD + resolution, 60 Hz refresh rate and a drop-shaped notch to house the front camera (whose resolution is not detailed).
To feed itself, it would inherit from its predecessor the 5,000 mAh battery with SuperVOOC fast charge (probably 18 W). Nothing is mentioned about the processor on Amazon, but previous leaks speak of the MediaTek Helio G80, an eight-core chipset with 12-nanometer lithography.
What does appear on Amazon is that it will be accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable internal storage. Regarding the photographic equipment, the OPPO A54s would have a triple rear camera with 50 megapixel main sensor and two other sensors of 2 megapixels each (predictably, to read depth and for macro photography). The side footprint elctor is another feature shown in the images.
