One of the novelties we expect for the OnePlus 7T is a renewal of its camera module. Recent leaks point out that the OnePlus 7T will have a circular module at the rear with three lenses, so it would be expected that the OnePlus 7T Pro would pick up the witness and implement a similar configuration. But no.
OnLeaks, one of the best-known leaders in the smartphone sector, has published some CAD renders in which you can see the apparent final design of the OnePlus 7T Pro and OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition. In them, we not only see that there is no circular module for the lenses, but we find a design very, very similar to the OnePlus 7 Pro.
A renovation that aims to go inside
As we can see, the OnePlus 7T Pro and 7T Pro McLaren Edition will be very similar to the top of the current range. We continue to find a rear in which the module with triple camera predominates, the LED flash and the signature logo and a screen without a notch, since the camera would have been hidden in a pop-up mechanism placed in the upper left corner.
It is expected that the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro will be presented on September 26
OnLeaks notes that the OnePlus 7T Pro will have a 6.67-inch screen (same size as the OnePlus 7 Pro) and is expected to have the same resolution (2K +) and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, something that differentiated the OnePlus quite 7 Pro of the rest of the high ranges of the market. In a nutshell: there are no aesthetic differences with respect to the current model.
The McLaren Edition model, meanwhile, will follow in the wake of other previous special editions betting on black color with orange details and edges with a sporty finish. Beyond that, little else. We continue to see a USB Type-C port, the slider to change the sound modes and no minijack. Thus, it is expected that the differences come inside, that is, that the processor evolves and becomes the Snapdragon 855+.
It is expected that the new OnePlus terminals will be released on September 26 in New Delhi (India) and will arrive on the market on October 15. We will wait until then or for more information to be leaked, whichever comes first.
