Bugatti’s latest is not a supercar with a W16 and 1,500 horsepower, but an electric scooter that reaches a maximum speed of 30 km/h.
In the framework of CES 2022 recently held in Las Vegas, Bugatti has presented a new somewhat peculiar model. There are already many brands that are developing solutions for urban mobility and we have already told you about some of them. However, now it is the French firm that has unveiled its proposal, which comes in the form of an electric scooter.
It is a model created in collaboration with the company Bytech International and, although it may seem like a conventional scooter, it has details that differentiate it from other similar models that can be found on the market.
For example, it appears in classic blue color from the manufacturer and adds design elements such as the rear wheel arch with an LED light located on the edge. In addition to this, this scooter incorporates another light dedicated to projecting the Bugatti emblem on the ground.
Of course, this is not the only thing, since it also has systems focused on facilitating its use. An example is the Electronic ABS of the rear wheel, the built-in indicators and even the possibility of selecting the cruise control.
With three modes and 35 km of autonomy
Regarding its propulsion, this scooter has a battery pack that offers a range of about 35km/h, which should be enough for short trips around the city. In addition, its energy can be managed with the Economy, City and Sport modes. In the most ‘sporty’, you will be able to reach its maximum speed of 30km/h.
In this way, the brand of supercars offers something different and that is probably more within the reach of many than models like its Chiron. It is only an assumption, yes, since for now the sale price has not been revealed. It may be high for an electric scooter, but not all scooters are a full-fledged Bugatti…
