PS Plus will be completely renewed next June.
Sony has set a release date new playstation plus, its renewed subscription service that will merge the current PS Plus with PS Now merge and offer three flexible subscription options. Jim Ryan, president and executive director of SIE, has been in charge of announcing that some Asian markets and, shortly after, in Japan, will be the first places in which to enjoy the renewed service. However, a release schedule for more territories has been published.
Release dates for the new PS Plus
- Asian markets (excluding Japan): target date is May 23, 2022
- Japan: target date is June 1, 2022
- America: target date is June 13, 2022
- Europe: target date is June 22, 2022
In this way, countries like Spain will enjoy the renewed PS Plus from June 22 if the target date is met with the intention of starting the summer with the changes made. In addition, Sony has confirmed that it will expand access to its cloud streaming services to a total of 30 markets. Likewise, PlayStation Plus will have a Premium level at launch in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

PlayStation Plus Essential

- Prices: €8.99 per month / €24.99 per quarter / €59.99 per year.
PlayStation Plus Extra
- All of the above benefits.
- A catalog of up to 400 of the best PS4 and PS5 titles that can be accessed by download.
- Price: €13.99 per month / €39.99 per quarter / €99.99 per year
PlayStation Plus Premium
- All the benefits of the Essential and Extra levels.
- 340 more games are added, including games from PS3 via streaming and PS1, PS2 and PSP via streaming and download.
- Access to game demos before they are released, albeit for a limited time.
- Price: €16.99 per month / €49.99 per quarter / €119.99 per year
