Peugeot e-Partner, an electric van made in Spain
Like its Citroën and Opel counterparts, the new e-Partner is produced in the facilities that Stellantis has in Spain. More specifically in Vigo. A model that retains all the versatility and level of practicality that the versions with an internal combustion engine. And it is that for its development the Peugeot Partner has been taken as a starting point.
The new e-Partner will be available in two body sizes (Standard and Long). It has a useful volume of up to 4.4 m3 in the case of the long model. The standard version declares a useful volume of 3.9 m3 respectively. For its part, maximum payload is 800 kilograms. And what is equally important, it has a towing capacity of 750 kg.
In terms of equipment, the most complete versions boast of technological endowment. And it is that the electric version can incorporate, exclusively, a 10-inch digital instrument panel. Also making its debut on this model is the Surround Rear Vision system, which reproduces the views of the vehicle’s surroundings on a screen located where the interior rear-view mirror occupies. The range is made up of Pro and Premium finishes.
The autonomy of the new Peugeot e-Partner
The electric drive system of the new e-Partner consists of a lithium-ion battery of 50 kWh whose main objective is to feed an engine of 100 kW (136 hp) and 260 Nm of maximum torque. Declare a autonomy of 275 kilometers
according to the WLTP cycle. It is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km / h in 11.2 seconds and reaching a top speed of 130 km / h.
Via a driving mode selector it is possible to choose between the Eco, Normal and Power profiles. Depending on the selected mode, priority will be given to efficiency or performance. In addition, it is possible to choose between two braking modes: Moderate and Increased.
What is its price?
The order book for the new e-Partner is now open. Peugeot highlights that it is available in Spanish dealers with a starting price of € 24,957. The first deliveries will take place before the end of the year.
