According to the Europa Press news agency, in Spain the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) would have warned in a statement through its website about 23 investment and financial services entities that are based in the United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy and Germany but would be providing their services in the nation, without having the proper authorization to carry out this activity.
Specifically, according to the news agency, the Portuguese CMVM has alerted Eudaimon Consulting LLC, Action Corretora, Fincloud Capital, Bellrose Group, ABC Group Ltd, Iconics Capital, Unionstock, ZM Markets, Octafxmining and the clone Pro-cpt-sec .com, while the United Kingdom has done so on Schulze-Winkler, Cryptopopinvestment, Cryptofinancletrade, Clinton Associates LLC, Crypto-X-Options, Crypto Defi Management and Cryptotechuniverse.
For its part, “The German Bafin would have drawn attention to Green Wave Materials Corp, and the Italian Consob to Alphapro Fx, Eurofxsecurities Limited, The Active Traders, Promarketing Ltd and Enercom Ag.”reported the Europa Press news agency.
That said, they also pointed out that the CNMV’s warnings about the alleged ‘financial beach bars’ can be consulted on its website, where investors can also direct their queries to the investor service number 900 535 015, as well as through the form of query, and/or a list of warned entities.
For our part, we have searched for said communication on the CNMV website and it has not been found, however we managed to find a list of entities on the CNMV website. It should be noted that it is not clear when the last update date was, however, it is shown and indicated, some of the companies with authorization by the Bank of Spain to operate activities related to crypto assets, for which it is evident that it is a list that could be recent.
