The iMac M1s were just the beginning. The 1920s seem to be a return to color for Apple, which after the color variety of many of the brand’s products in the late 1990s, spent a lot of time with white, silver and black as a guide for most of its products. Now the HomePod mini joins this trend with three new colors: orange, yellow and blue; in addition to the white and space gray (AKA black) known so far.
It is just an extension of the available colors, so Apple hasn’t announced any news coming to the HomePod mini via firmware update. They maintain their price of 99 euros and now they better complement some of the Apple devices in identical or similar colors, such as the iMac M1 or the iPhone 13.
The availability of these new colors for the HomePod mini will be from November, they are not yet available to make your reservation. As with the braided cables of the iMac, the colors of the power cables of these new models match the color of the fabric. Apple also allows you to contract Apple Care + for these devices for 15 euros.
