Some time ago the Nintendo Direct ceded prominence to other smaller and more specific formats, such as the Nintendo Direct-Mini or the Indie World, but it seems that the Japanese company is already preparing a Nintendo Direct with important news. According to the latest leaks, could take place in just a few days or weeks.
Samus Hunter, a well-known Nintendo leaker who has advanced many things directly over the years, has shared on his Twitter account what would be Nintendo’s roadmap for the coming months, and there would be a Nintendo Direct dated for this month of FebruaryAmong many other things.
Presentation to look forward in the coming months:
FEBRUARY
-FEH Channel Anniversary Feb. 1st (2nd for Europe)
-Nintendo Directspring
-Monster Hunter Presentation (Sunbreak, Stories 2)
-Indie World
-Second FEH Channel
-Pokémon Present
-Splatoon 3 Direct#Nintendo— Samus Hunter | Nintendo Leak and News Inside (@SamusHunter2) January 31, 2022
Perhaps because it is so close, the Nintendo Direct month seems the most striking of this leak, but the leaker predicts a very busy first half of the year for the Nintendo house. Not only would there be a Monster Hunter presentation, there would also be an Indie World, news about Fire Emblem, Pokémon and Splatoon. A roadmap that, if fulfilled, promises to be one of the best starts of the year for Nintendo, coming from a few years where it dosed more information.
Of course, at the moment there is nothing confirmed from this list. If a new Nintendo Direct is held, the most normal thing is that, as always, it will be announced almost overnight, so it can happen at any time. 2022 seems to be a memorable year for Nintendo, since to everything mentioned we should add two great releases for this year, such as Kirby and the Forgotten Land and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2. We will see if this assumption Nintendo Direct leaves more surprises.
