    Today we want to give you the keys so that you know how to make some perfect cooked prawns, with the easiest recipe so that they peel well and have all the flavor.     As soon as the water boils again, we count two minutes and remove the prawnsputting them in a large bowl with water and ice where they will cool quickly, preventing them from continuing to overcook with their remaining heat.

    One time after three or four minutes inside the icewe take them out and drain them, and we arrange them in a fountain, where they will be ready to be consumed when it suits us best.
