In addition to adapting the house to the new season, incorporating textiles or preparing the plants for the arrival of the cold, autumn is the time to set up and clean radiators before they have to be put to work at full speed due to the arrival of cold.
Because although at the moment we still have exceptionally high temperatures to be already in mid-October (today in many areas of the country the thermometers will be around 30º), the truth is that the cold will arrive shortly and we will have to have the radiators ready to go.
But cleaning a radiator is not always easy. Dust and lint accumulate in every corner of this device that makes our houses more comfortable during the winter. To clean them and get them ready, on Instagram we have seen a super easy trick that will help us to have super shiny radiators.

Alicia, a deco influencer known as @aly_deco_home, posted a video on his Instagram account a few days ago that shows an easy and simple trick to clean the radiators at home. And to get it started, you only need a few products that you surely have at home: a sponge, a cloth and a piece of string.
The ultimate trick to clean radiators
To start, and as the influencer explains in her video, you will have to tie the sponge with a knot in the center of it. Once you have made this knot, you must wet the sponge, apply a little neutral soap, and insert the sponge into the slots from the top of the radiator. The string will help you guide the sponge through the gaps, thus cleaning from top to bottom.
You will have to repeat this process slot after slot until the sponge has removed the dirt that accumulates on the inside parts of the radiator. At the end, you will have to rub the surface with a clean cloth to remove the excess soap, and go over the entire exterior. Do you dare to put this trick into action? To make it clearer, here is the Instagram video of this deco influencer.
