Rankmi currently has foreign offices in Peru, Colombia and Mexico. It has more than 1.4 million users and more than 1,500 clients in the region, including Falabella, El Palacio de Hierro, Itaú, Santander, Collahuasi, Krispy Kreme, Hooters, 7-Eleven and Komatsu.

The Chilean company seeks to expand in the rest of Latin America, with a special focus on Mexico. Besa recognizes that an important part of its growth comes from the tricolor country, due to its size, location, and opportunities for the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

To achieve the goal of double-digit growth in Mexico, the merger with Osmos is key, since it will allow them to strengthen their offer of technology and products designed for the areas of human resources, as well as solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, in order to digitize and optimize the processes of workers and companies.
Today, they are developing the alpha version of RankmiAI, which involves adding OpenAI applications to their platform. They are also venturing into the Fintech business with Cashback, salary advances and payroll distribution through various financial institutions and digital tools.
