The Pokémon Company International has just announced a new Pokémon animated special called “Pokemon: The Arceus Chronicles”, which is inspired by the popular video game that came to the Nintendo Switch earlier this year, Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
The new Pokémon animated special, “Pokémon: The Chronicles of Arceus”, will arrive on the platform of Netflix on September 23, so subscribers to the streaming service can enjoy the latest adventure of Ash, Pikachu and their friends on an adventure that takes them to the Sinnoh region.

The Pokémon Company International also announced that attendees of the Pokémon World Championship 2022 will be able to see a screening of Pokémon: The Arceus Chronicles in its English version. The Pokémon World Championship 2022 will take place on August 19 in London. See below the official synopsis:
A visit to the Sinnoh region turns into a high-stakes adventure when Ash, Pikachu, and their friends join forces with powerful Pokémon to face a grave threat! When Ash, Goh, and Dawn receive a mysterious message from the Mythical Pokémon Arceus, they meet up with Brock and head to Mount Corona to investigate. There, they find a crazed Heatran and the commanders of Team Galactic, who are determined to find their missing leader by opening a portal between dimensions. With the trio of Legendary Pokémon and Sinnoh Champion Cynthia on their side, our heroes have plenty of help, but they’ll need all they can get to save Sinnoh from destruction!
Today the first official trailer for Pokémon: The Arceus Chronicles was released, which is available in Spanish through the official Pokémon Latam channel on YouTube. The trailer shows us the art style of the new film and some of the characters, such as Brock who is back and the popular Sinnoh champion Cynthia.
The new Pokémon movie: The Arceus Chronicles will premiere exclusively on Netflix on September 23 worldwide except in Asia. This is the most recent production of The Pokémon Company, but in May of this year we saw the launch of the animated series of Pokémon: Hisui Snows.
