In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and make a fried with an onion and a clove of garlic well chopped. When the onion is translucent, add the minced beef, and sauté it until it is well cooked, which will take about 15 minutes.
Then, we add a small can of crushed tomato and a couple of tablespoons of concentrated tomato, a little chili powder, a few drops of Tabasco, a small spoon of chipotle (if we can find it) and a bay leaf. It goes without saying that, with these ingredients, our Sloppy Joe it’s going to be quite spicy. If you don’t like it, you can do without the chipotle, which is the hottest thing, or all the spicy ones.

We will know that the meat is at its point when, when passing a spoon through the pan, a path is created that takes time to close. It is the passage of the Red Sea that indicates that it is at its point.
When the meat is ready, in another pan, we lightly toast the breads, and add, if we like, a few slices of cheddar cheese, which will melt as soon as we add the meat.
