One of the biggest novelties in Windows 11 was the arrival of Android apps to the Microsoft Store. However, the Redmond giant has already announced that this feature will not be available at launch, A big disappointment. But, it seems like I wouldn’t be too late today WalkingCat has shown access to the Amazon Appstore.
The Amazon Appstore can be seen in the Windows Store 11
The Amazon Appstore has appeared today in the Microsoft Store of Windows 11, although we cannot use it at the moment. The application has been discovered by the well-known leaker WalkingCat, who has shared the link on Twitter. To download the application, we must have a code that is not available to everyone. Also, we need the Windows subsystem for Android on our PC, which is not publicly available.
The Amazon Appstore will be one of the ways that people can install Android applications on Windows 11. While the operating system will allow people to install APK, Amazon Appstore will provide an interface that more people are familiar with. People will be able to browse through applications within the Microsoft Store and then be redirected to the Amazon Appstore to install the apps in question.

Regardless of how we install Android applications on our PC, we will have to use the Android subsystem for Windows. Earlier this month the Windows subsystem for Android was discovered in the Microsoft Store but it only marked its existence. It cannot be used to install the Windows subsystem for Android on a PC.
As we have already indicated, Microsoft has already advanced that Android application support in Windows 11 is delayed. It will not be available in the new operating system on October 5, 2021. Mind you, it shouldn’t take long to see the rollout in the Windows Insider program.
