This initiative has already been tested by Tesla in other European countries and now Spanish electric car users will also be able to benefit from it. At the moment, there are already 116 superchargers open to all audiences.
Until now, only Tesla users could make use of the famous and efficient superchargers. However, this is changing from now on and, after having tested it in Norway, the Netherlands and France, the initiative of the brand founded by Elon Musk It also arrives in Spain.
at the moment they are 13 stations and a total of 116 superchargers which will be available to all users who wish to charge their electric car, regardless of its brand.
Thanks to this, all users of the aforementioned stations will be able to access a service that until now has been one of the great points in favor for Tesla, since it is well known the reliability and ease of use of its charging points.
How much does it cost to recharge at a Tesla Supercharger?
As we say, at the moment there are 13 charging stations open to all audiences. They are located in Albacete, Alcobendas, Almaraz, Aranda de Duero, Atalaya del Cañavate, Barbastro, Benavente, El Ejido, Granada, Jerez, La Seu d’Urgell, Rivabellosa and Seville.
Yes ok Tesla users just have to plug insince the system automatically connects to the vehicle and identifies the user, in the case of other vehicles the procedure is more similar to that of a conventional charging point.
That is, the user must download the Tesla mobile app, locate the charging point and activate it. Also, the car must be compatible with CCS charger or else it will not be able to connect to super charger.
The recharge prices set by Tesla for non-owners of its vehicles are as follows:
- Subscription: 12.99 euros/month and 0.43 euros/kW.
- no subscription: 0.64 euros/kW on average, although there are variations depending on the place and the charging time.
