The Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Power (TEPJF) validated the triumphs of Evelyn Salgado to the governorship of Guerrero and Ricardo Gallardo to the government of San Luis Potosí.
In the case of the election to the governor of San Luis Potosí, the magistrates of the electoral court determined that the candidate of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) did not exceed the campaign spending limit.
However, the National Electoral Institute (INE) ordered an inquiry to establish whether the resources issued by the party to pay for the campaign of influencers motivated the result of the election where Gallardo won.
Similarly, it dismissed the challenges to the results of 16 polling stations since this does not modify the result of the election.
Meanwhile, in the case of the governorship of Guerrero, the Superior Chamber validated the result where Evelyn Salgado was elected, so she can assume her position next October.

Both the PRI and the PRD contested the results, considering that the morenista benefited from external actors, which unbalanced the contest.
They stated that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador improperly intervened in the process by making an exhaustive defense of Félix Salgado Macedonio, whose candidacy was revoked by the INE for not accrediting a pre-campaign spender, however, the TEPJF rejected those arguments.
