Star Fox Zero designer wants port for Nintendo Switch

Today marks six years since the launch of starfox zero on the Nintendo Wii U, and for that reason Takaya Imamuracharacter designer on this installment, expressed his desire to see a port for Nintendo Switch and a sequel.

Although Star Fox fans have been asking for a new installment for many years, starfox zero received a very divided reception since it forced you to play with two screens, the TV screen and the Wii U gamepad screen. However, a Star Fox Zero port has been requested for a long time for Switch that modifies the gameplay and offers a more traditional experience, similar to that of Star Fox for SNES and N64.

Through a post on his Twitter account, Takaya Imamura told Nintendo that while he feels Star Fox Zero has some issues, they should bring it to the Nintendo Switch. In addition, the character designer took the opportunity to share the Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins short film and offered to work on a sequel.
