Spy x Family is one of the most popular anime of the season and thanks to that we have seen a lot of cosplays and fan arts. Among the most creative are the fan arts of Hanavarawho showed us what Spy x Family would look like if it were an anime from the 90’s.
The Spy x Family anime began airing a little over a month ago and presents us with the story of Twilight, a secret agent who must raise a family as part of a mission. For this she adopts the identity of Loid Forger and adopts Anya, a telepathic girl, while the assassin Yor Briar becomes his wife.

The hanavbara fan arts were posted a couple of weeks ago and went viral on social media thanks to their high quality. In the comments some compare the style of fan art with anime from the 90’s like Ufo Baby and Sailor Moon. Some point out that Loid appears to be a rule 63 of Haruka Tenou from Sailor Moon, while Anya resembles Chibiusa with this art style.
A couple of days ago Hanavbara posted another Spy x Family fan art that shows us the Forger family sleeping together, showing the protagonists in a very cute way. This illustration was also very well received by Spy x Family fans.

If you like Hanavbara’s art style, I invite you to follow her on her social networks, as Spy x Family is not the only anime that has been re-imagined with another visual style. Among her works are tributes to Turning Red, The Vagabond Castle and Nana, to mention some of the most recent.
