Now, today it has been confirmed that this last point is real, and a virtual adventure starring Cartman and company is already in development.
Through Bloomberg, Matt Stone confirmed that a new South Park game is already in development, and is in charge of an in-house studio at South Park Studios. At the moment it is unknown if Ubisoft, who was responsible for the publication of The Stick of Truth Y Fractured But Whole, are involved in this project.
The new agreement between the creators of South Park and MTV Entertainment Studios includes the development of 14 original films in this series that will debut exclusively on Paramount +, as well as a multi-season renovation of the property up to its 30th in 2027.
