The brands that are inclusive and pet friendly with everything that surrounds us are the ones that are currently gaining ground with their consumers and registering new customers. It is the case ofhe Soriana store that won applause from its consumers for allowing stray dogs (lomitos) to stay in its facilities to cool off in one of its branches.
Although it seems like a new trend, pet friendly brands are widely accepted, since it is estimated that at least 60 percent of households in the world they have pets, where the most popular with 76 percent are dogs.
That is why many work companies, cafes, shops, hotels, lodgings and even car agencies understand its importance, that is why they are applying pet friendly policies so that owners and animals are comfortable and have value-added services, which helps them improve their reputation.
Soriana wins applause for this pet friendly strategy
Through the social network Twitter, Soriana’s consumers applauded the brand after seeing a nice gesture that the firm makes with street dogs.
The consumer identified as @PrincesaNilo shared a photo of a Soriana branch where a street dog was found resting and refreshing itself in its facilities without being chased away by the firm’s employees.
The Internet user shared that the store she was in and that she saw the nice gesture is located in Mexico City especially in Benito Juárez, and highlighted the importance that in the other branches they also allow this to these homeless animals.

These types of actions have been disseminated on social networks where other brands also support pet care, since today the brands that enjoy the greatest loyalty are those that have a real influence on people’s daily lives, as an example a local butcher shop that won the heart of digital pulse with a “advertising strategy” where he promotes free food for street dogs.
But also big brands like Oxxo that received congratulations for allowing street dogs to sleep in their stores.
