Social networks have become the consumer’s window of exposure for the brands they are customers of or work with them. This is the case of a Mercado Libre vendor who exhibited the eCommerce store for supporting a buyer who scammed them after saying they did not receive the product they purchased on their account.

In a third publication, the Internet user assured that Mercado Libre still did not give him support and a solution despite showing that he did send the complete package, so he decided to report the firm to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).

“It’s not fair that the guy who bought it will end up getting the product for free and his money back. And one is left without money and without considering everything because they supported more a thief who already knows the tricks that you blindly support the client.
