The only effort you will have to make to prepare this recipe is chop the zucchini into small pieces. In five minutes you will have it ready. I cut it with skin and everything, -once well washed- but if you prefer it without skin, you can peel the zucchini with a peeler and it will only take you a minute more.
In a frying pan we put the butter and let it melt. Add the zucchini pieces and let them brown slightly. Then we add the ham cubes that we cut into small pieces.
It is time to add the beaten eggs, salt and pepper and lower the heat to a minimum, so that they set slowly while we stir so that all the ingredients that we have in the pan are impregnated, thus remaining just right.
Keep in mind that the ham already provides salt, so you should add a small amount, only the necessary to counteract the sweet taste of the zucchini and little else. Serve immediately to enjoy the hot scrambled eggs.
