    Forget steaming, microwaving, or boiling broccoli. The best way to cook it and keep it delicious is this: stir fry with spring onion, sesame, agave syrup and the final fresh touch of lemon. A success. They can be enjoyed alone, with delicious pasta, in salads, as a side dish, in a wrap, the possibilities are endless. If you are looking to eat vegetables with a different and sweet tastewrite down this recipe, it is amazing and quite simple.


    Being broccoli, part of the cruciferous family, considered a power foodit is mineral source such as potassium, magnesium and iron.
